From first polaroid to final runway
Halcyon began with a simple belief: great modelling is great storytelling. A lookbook, a campaign, a thirty-second film — each one needs a face that can carry an idea without saying a word. We find those faces, train them, and stand beside them on every set.
Today our board spans new faces and seasoned professionals working across editorial, commercial, runway and screen. Casting directors come to us because our talent arrives prepared — and our talent stays with us because we protect their careers like our own.

How we work with talent
Scouting never stops. Open calls, street scouting and referrals feed our New Faces board all year. Every applicant gets a real review — never an auto-reply.
Development is hands-on. Test shoots, runway coaching and portfolio edits with photographers we trust, so a new face becomes a working face within a season.
Bookings are personal. A dedicated booker for every model, transparent rates, and a casting turnaround measured in hours, not days.
